No, Claudy Che is my coordinator and it almost always takes her at least a week to respond though she has her hours posted and works 6 days a week 8 hours a day..lol. I contacted her supervisor to ask what the response time should be and she said 48 hours. She told me she would talk to Claudy but it hasn't gotten any better.

Yay sooo excited I heard back from them already and I put in the request last night!!! Patricia Romero responded ... Has anyone ever worked with her?

I originally worked with Patricia and then she handed me off to Claudy.  I had about a 48 hour wait time for responses from Claudy too.  Even during critical things like last minute package changes...  Diana is my onsite WC now and she had been  MUCH faster-  24 hours or so and answers every question.

I just put my deposit down and Katie Is my WC. So far she has been pretty good with responding to my emails and phone calls. I know right now she is out until Monday.

Does anyone know if we booked prior to dec 2012 if we get the tiffany table runners and has anyone seen a picture? my colors are tiffany blue so it would work perfect!
