For brides who have already been married. Did anyone use Juan Navarro or Samuel Luna for their photographer?  I cannot decide between these 2 because they both have great reviews.  For those who used Juan Navarro, did you get a wedding album? What did you think?

We used Samuel Luna this past November and he was AWESOME!!! Replies quickly to emails, great to deal with....and I just love his work! Should take about 2 months to get them back.

For the brides that have had their hair and makeup done at the resort by SPAZUL can you please give your feed back. Considering the humidity out there how well did they do the makeup? and how well did they do hair? Did it last all day? Thank you for the help!  :D

Hello :) what was the weather like in November? I am debating wether to have it November or March :) Thank you!

Hello Brides !!! I will be going to cancun this weekend and I have a meeting at my resort where I will be getting married. The Royal Cancun. I will be meeting with the wedding coordinator Flora and also tasting the menu. Do you have any questions about weddings you would like me to ask ?? Let me know. I leave Friday !!

Hello! I have an appt with Flora too! in Jan though. How was the weather in November?

How many people are you having in each table for reception?

Whats the latest you can have the party until if its in one of the rooftops

Is there a bar inside this resort? Do they charge to get in? what time does it close?

Hope you found out these answers :) if not i can just ask then.

Hi ladies! for those of you who already got married at the Royal and had one of the packages that included a moonlit beach dinner for the bride and groom, was it worth it food-wise? my FI thinks it might be better to just eat at one of the Royal's yummy restaurants because the menu is going to be the same as the choices we have for our wedding menu so why eat off the same menu twice, you know?  anyway, just wanted to know if it would be worth it to do or if we should just nix it! thx!

When I was there, which was the last 10 days of November and first week of December, the weather was good about 75% of the time (in terms of wanting to have it as your wedding day 'good' with blue sunny skies and no crazy winds) . Temps were perfect at around 27'-31'. I heard that the weather is more stable but hot in March and April.

Have you tried asking a couple photographers from down there?

Thank you!!! we were there for new years and the weather was great until the last day we left (this weekend) it rained all day :(

I fell in love with this place!  and we booked our wedding date for Feb 28th 2015! :D

We wanted to be a bit cooler than march/april

Hopefully it doesnt rain (i will be crossing my finger since now!) haha

I am between the albatros terrace and the villa terrace. They told me that Villa terrace wont fit 80 people and if it does it might be too tight :( and the only cocktail place they offer me if i were to do it in the villa terrace was the beach :( and i dont want my guest to have to deal with sand for that day in their outfits...

Do any of you know of any other options? :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
