Are there any 2012 BBGE brides?  I am getting married there in July 2012 and would love to know if anyone else has gotten married or planning on getting married there.

I have stayed there and the resort is great, Best one I have stayed at out of the 3 I have been to. The only downfall is the beach isn't as pretty as some others in the area

Blue Bay is a beautiful resort and very close to Playa del Carmen.  They also offer regular shuttles that drop off in the fun north end of town so you and your guests can hop in and visit the city.

I agree the beach is not as wonderful as some of the other resorts in Cancun, but I am hoping the personal attention that we receive will be worth the disadvantage of the beach.  Thanks for you response.  My FI and I actually visited BBGE last month to check it out to make sure this is the place we want to be married, and the WC was great to show us around and ensure us that we will be more than taken care of during our stay.  Hopefully, we will not be disappointed.

Awesome!!!  I look forward to hearing and hopefully seeing some of your pics from the wedding.  Are you planning on using the photographer from the resort or someone from outside?
