All-Inclusive Resort Prices

So... I finally got the ring  and now the serious search begins!  I've narrowed down to wanting an all-inclusive resort in the Riviera Maya/Cancun area and was hoping for a little help from past brides.  I hope this isn't too forward but what I really want to know is the cost to my guests.  I'm hoping to find an all-inclusive, KID FRIENDLY, resort for about $150 per person, per night, with kids staying free.  I know that sounds like a lot to ask, but I've seen some really good deals out there for Mexico lately and was hoping other brides could point me to some resorts.

I would check with the Riu resorts.  I didn't get married in Mexico (Jamaica), but I remember that the Riu was the most popular among many Jamaica brides due to the reasons that you specified.
