Best time of Year to buy a wedding dress??

Is there a certain of the year when wedding dresses go on sale??  I am going wedding dress shopping in Feb.  But I want to make sure I get a good deal.  I was wondering what are your thoughts on when is best time to buy a wedding dress

I haven't heard about a good time of the year, but I do know that you can get lucky depending on the dress.  Like my dress was the last in stock so I got it at a discounted rate, which was extremely helpful since it was originally more then 3x's my budget!

 

If you are shopping at a chain like David's, they might be able to tell you when is a good time.  But I'd think that privately owned shops won't really want to share that info b/c they need the revenue.  That's just my opinion thought!
