Hi Everyone!!

So excited to be here pinkie.gif. The fiance and I are starting to plan our Caribbean cruise wedding at St. Thomas for 2013. We're really excited and are hoping to plan early enough for folks to save and for us to find the best deal possible. :). We were thinking about May, but from what I've read up, June shouldn't be too shabby either.  Any suggestions on the best time to go w/o breaking the bank completely? Thank you!!

Hi, we're getting married in St. Thomas while we're on a Carnival Cruise this coming April! we're using Janelle with Island Bliss Weddings as our planner, I didn't want to go through the cruiseline after thinking about all the pros and cons.

Congratulations, and welcome!

Thank you! We actually just compared prices and we may just be going w/ Carnival and moving it earlier to March.  Good luck, have fun and how exciting that you're wedding's coming up! :D Thank you for recommending Janelle. I'll look in with them.  I hope all goes well and am looking forward to your updates! :)

Btw, which part of the island will you be getting married at? MY FI just called the cruise line was given the wedding package for the cruise to choose from.  Is there a big difference in monetary value between booking w/ the cruise and outside? Thank youk for your time!

hey, sorry i didn't see this one yesterday!

We're getting married on Limetree Beach (Bluebeard's) and having a lunch for everyone at Iggie's Beach Bar at Bolongo Bay resort.

We're getting A LOT more for our money by going with Janelle, especially since we have about 22 people joining us! Plus Janelle is 4000x more responsive than the cruise wedding people, who have some of the worst reputations i've ever seen for responsiveness and having their sh!t together. Just my opinion about what I did to keep my sanity through this :-)
