I am getting married at the Moon Palace on 4/20/2012 and I am looking at photographers because I would love to have really beautiful pictures.  Does it really work to find someone else having a wedding there the same day and share the cost of a photographer?

i wouldnt look for someone having their wedding the EXACT same day, but it might be a good idea to find someone the same week or within a day or two. it couldnt hurt!

Most photographers will only shoot 1 wedding a day so finding another bride with the same wedding date does not really work. You may be able to split the cost with bringing in a photographer at the Moon Palace because the resort will require your photographer to be booked in as a guest. This is a rule of the Moon Palace that they do not allow in "vendors" like a photographer... but if your "photographer" is also a guest of the hotel that they will not stop them from covering and capturing your wedding.
