We used Greg Been for our wedding DJ this summer.  He was amazing.  He is a local radio DJ and is not a typical wedding DJ.  Go with Greg if you want a big party/dance scene.  If you are going more traditional wedding DJ, he might not be the best choice.

Hey Lauren, Planning is coming along...starting to feel a little anxious!! I just booked my hair and makeup for myself and bridesmaids with Shenque - pricey but she got he best reviews. Where are you having your reception? We're doing beach ceremony and reception in the Apollo suite! Are you having a dj? What about flowers etc? Lynne from NILA just told me she booked dj cliff for our wedding so I'm looking up reviews on him now. Excited to hear about your planning! Laura

Planning is coming along, slowly. I feel everyone in T&C is very relaxed.

 

We are getting married on the beach and having the reception on the West Deck. 

I booked Correy Forbes for the ceremony and his brother Lovey for the reception. 

I am in the middle of working with EA Flowers but just changed my bridesmaid colors so I have to re-email them to let them know I have changed my mind. 

I am working with only Laura from Seven Stars. It's a lot of work.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! Our wedding was one month ago at the Regent Palms. It was magical. We had about 65 people, so it was large by DW standards, but perfect for us. We worked with EA and their work is magnificent.

Do you have pics of your wedding that you can post?  Flower arrangements, etc?  I LOVED Regent Palms - that's where we stayed last time we went to visit:-)

Hi Lauren -- I am also getting married at the Seven Stars, but in 2014! It's a long way away, but I'm super excited and wanted to know how your experience working with the resort is going as you get closer to the big day!  Has Lauren been responsive and helpful? Also, how did you decide on Correy Forbes for the ceremony and his bro for the reception? I'm totally torn on what to do for music, so any insight would help!
