letters needed HELP destination wedding

i am working on writing an informational letter to include with the save a date magnets. not sure on wording in regards to asking the guest if they are coming and giving them pricing information. trying to include a respond card that the guests would mail back. trying to determine who is actually coming !! looking for any templates that i can use for correspondences from the STD to the guest arrival , table cards, thank you notes etc... thanks

I would do some searches through this forum and the DIY forum to get some ideas, but it sounds like a wedding website where people can reply onsite might be useful to you.
