Evanglina has actually been super fast with responding! Were looking to book in Feb 2013. Date to be determined, only because traveling during this peak time can get pricey!

 

I was sondering if anyone has contacted anyone about group rates for your guests? I asked Evangelina, but she hasnt responded as of yet...

 

Anyone have any insight?

Yes thats fine, dont worry about it. All the brides had to do it. They want a back and forth copy of your cc as well as your license.  After you send everything in (i did it via email) it will take no less then two weeks (because thats how long it take them to respond on an average) to send you back a copy of your request form with a copy of the cc transaction for your records.  Also, I would suggest when you send in your payment and request form in the same email bullet point the times and areas for where you want your seremony, cocktail hour and reception. so this way you have it for you records.  I keep all my emails with all prices quoted to me and confirmations of my venues and times.  good luck!

Can someone please send me the blank authorization form to my e-mail: [email protected].  Evangelina forgot to attach it and she takes long to respond and wanted to send it soon.

Evangelina will only send you the e-mail of her collegue.  I e-mailed them and they never responded.  I would suggest using a Travel Agent to get you a group booking as well.  You can compare prices that way as well.  Evangelina responds fast at first and then takes her time.  Flights will be cheaper but it is high season in Mexico, so hotel prices are bit higher according to people, but not sure by how much.  Maybe a TA could help you.  I use the one's from this website (Wendy Hicks) and she's great at answering my questions.
