Country Themed AHR

My uncle lives on a little bit of land and since he can't attend our DW he offered to host a BBQ AHR for us. My mom is hesitant because she thinks it will be too redneck (definitely a possibility with my uncle). I'm trying to think of ways to give it a country theme without being redneck, because I think it has potential to be a blast if it's done right. Any ideas on cute country theme ideas?

My friend did a country-ish themed wedding a few years ago and it was adorable and not redneck at all.  What time of year will the AHR be?

 

My friends was in October, so they used fall pumpkins, etc to decorate the tables.  They had the reception in a barn.  The bride wore white cowboy boots under the dress.  Hmmm, what else....

 

I'll have to ask her b/c it was really cute and well done, but it was almost 4 years ago so I'm blanking on specifics.  But I think you can def find a way to make it nice and not redneck at all.
