Hi I wanted to introduce myself.  I'm also a newbie and planning the wedding for summer of 2012 in Oahu.  I'm finding it really hard to find the perfect place as we're trying to find an estate where we can stay with the wedding party and also get married there.  We keep finding good places and then something goes wrong - no repsonse from owner, owner insists we be quiet by 8pm, owner is a convicted felon... help!
