Deciding between Sandos Playacar and Ocean Coral

I would love some advice to help me decide between these two properties for my casual beach wedding in February...

Price is very important for some of my family and I really want to be respectful of that!

I am also deciding between the two resorts! There are cons to each one. Can anyone help me with these two things...

1.) Sandos playacar's websites says drinks/sodas/alcohol are only included from 11am to 2am? So, if we want a bloody mary with our breakfast can we find one on the resort? What time does the swimup bar open? The whole no alcohol might be an issue for some of our guest- we will have several people between 18-28 that would like to have a cocktail with their breakfast. But, websites like Apple vacations and expedia say 24 hour drinks and alcohol? I'm soooo confused!!!!

- Sandos has a much better wedding package for our budget and the amount of people that are coming so I am hoping that the drink situation is not as bad as it reads on their website!

2.) Ocean Coral says the property is non-smoking. Is this just in the rooms? We have LOTS of smokers in our group and I'm concerned that this will be a major issue.

Any help will be FABULOUS!!!!

Thank you for any help! This whole destination wedding thing is sooo much more stressful than I had expected!!!! Picking a resort for 40-60 people is about making me pull my hair out!!! Haha! Again thanks for any help!
