SOS - Bride to be is STRESSED.... Help

Getting married @ the Majestic Elegance, Punta Cana DR in August 2012.  Need to find a photographer, etc... Need other brides experiences who got married @ the Elegance re:  decorations, spa for make-up hair, etc...what are the do's and dont's...

 

Any feed-back would be greatly appreciated....(((

I did not get married at the Majestic Elegance or in Punta Cana, yet I did use HDC in Dominican Republic and I have nothing bad to say about them!

Hi there, I was married at Dreams Punta Cana Resort & Spa on Nov. 4, 2011. While I had numerous problems with my resort choice, I had a wonderful experience with my photographer & videographer. We used Carribean Emotions (a.k.a. Michael Weiler & Pascal Keller). They were wonderful to work with and our pictures turned out amazing. I can not recommend them enough. I did not get married there - I used the photographer on the resort...Arrecife.

I'm not sure if they do work on other resorts - but they were definitely fantastic!  I actually haven't heard anything negative about them.

 

Ask your WC for photos of the decorations, colours, flowers, etc. that you will be able to choose from.

They usually have something they can pass along.

 

I didn't bring any centre pieces or anything like that with me - but the ones they made out of fresh flowers were very nice at my hotel.

Most hotels will have something set up unless you want to bring your own.
