Sought after Ceremony times

Random question. I've read about alot of brides that go to schedule the time for their wedding and have to settle for specific times during the day for their ceremony ( what ever is left available )  if they didnt book right away.

My question would be..

  In Dominican Republic, Punta cana Late January ( im not sure if the time of year or location actually matters or makes a difference )

what times of the day are the best for booking your ceremony? Like What are the first hours to get booked when people are scheduling their weddings? I assume it wouldnt be the middle of the day with the high heat but for someone who books a year in advance if alot of times are still available what hour in the day would you all suggest to be ideal and or hoping to get?  

 

Random question lol yes I know, I just have no idea what part of the day is best and will be booking a year in advance so if i have options on timing id like to have a better educated choice of what times of the day would be better.  Anyones input is greatly appreciated!
