I was looking to buy totes as well, do you think you could fit a beach towel along with some other stuff in this tote or is it too small?  What about 2 towels? Originally I was thinking of giving one tote per couple, with 2 towels in one bag..

I think you could fit two towels standing up rolled up with the tops sticking up, but if you were to fold them up it would probably be a pretty tight fit.  They were easy to make and everyone loved them!!
