My DIY Napkin Rings

I have attempted to DIY my own napkin rings using PVC piping, burlap, ribbon and starfish.

they look stunning! who would ever guess that PVC piping would come in handy so much??!!  i love the hot pink color and i'm actually considering using that color for my wedding; i especially like the starfish on each napkin ring.  a very nice job and your guests will love your attention to detail.
