Difference between the holders?

Can someone tell me if the products for the luggage tags are the same products that can be used for key holders? I found the tags (vertical ones) on eBay (seller is gcishoponline) for the key holders and they have the resealable thingy on it to keep your cash in as well. The same seller has some that don't have the closure on it and I was wondering if they could be used for the luggage tags. Has anyone purchased them and used the same ones for both purposes? Thanks in advance!

You can use the ones with the closure for luggage tags as well.

Thank you so much for your response! My wedding is a while away but I am gathering things and trying to get everything lined up. I already ordered the holders for the key cards from the seller and I should be getting them any day now. Thanks again!
