Rose Hall guests

Recommended Posts

Hi everybody!

My fiancee and I are getting married at Rose Hall Suites on August 3, 2012... Less than 10 months!

Anyhow, we are trying to get our guests on the ball in booking but before we suggest the option of staying in another Iberostar branch, we wanted to ask from other experts out there if anybody knew about reciprocity between the Iberostar hotels. I know if guests stayed at the Beach, there would be a fee of $30 to attend the wedding.

Would guests staying outside of the Suites also have to pay to join us for dinner, the pool or other festivities? Or is there complete reciprocity for normal, everyday events?

Thanks!

Technically if staying at the Beach, a pass will be needed to be on either the Suites or Grand property for anything. Staying at the Suites allows you to be at the Beach property without a pass....staying at the Grand allows you to be at the Suites and the Beach without a pass.

Greetings All,

I am getting married at the Iberostar Beach Hotel on August 11, 2012. I was wondering about the flow of the ceremony through the reception. I need ideas for planning options. I am getting married at 4...but dinner reservation is not until 6..Should we do a private dinner and what does anyone suggest for reception ideas..Bonfire? Band? What about timing?? I am so lost!!

Please help..
