Just an update: I am glad so many people like this and have been adding their own ideas too... keep them coming! I have a full playlist on my iPod now and am planning on listening to it, not only to get ready the day of, but also on the plan on the way there. And maybe the last few workouts too to keep me motivated! 

Any other ideas?
