I just got back from a site visit, its beautiful! They told us that they will honor the 2012 prices as long as you book before May 15.

Has anyone gotten group room rates yet? If you have, would you mind sharing?

Hi! Did you get these rates from the group sales deparment? Did you need to negotate with them to get such great prices? I just got a quote from them that was alot higher than i expected, so I'm trying to figure out how to get better prices. Thanks!

Hi. I leave for my site visit on Thursday! I will def ask them about comping the prices from 2012 that seems nice. I was quoted at 300 more for each package. Yuck!

Also I got my prices through a time share we hold with the resort. They will apply my prices to anyone in my party.

I just got back from my Dreams wedding over a week ago it was amazing!! I would definately go through a travel agent that can offer you all a group rate. My travel agent used Apple and the prices were amazing. My friend went through the resort and paid a little more than double what everyone else paid. For 3 nights 4 days it was $550. This included the transfers to from the airport to the resort as well. The airfare was seperate. We thought it was a great deal. They all got oceanfront rooms as well a higher room category.

You should see how amaxing they do on the flowers and the cake.
