I slowly starting to do my research for my May 2013 destination wedding. I have looked at a number of resorts...and so far my top pick for Punta Cana is either the Secrets Cap Cana or the Excellence Punta Cana...any recommendations? I am also getting a lot of recommendations for Mayan but still not sure which resort I should do...I'm guessing I will have around 45 ppl coming in the end

Hi AgnesL - Just an FYI, Secrets Cap Cana (Sanctuary) is no longer a Secrets property. I'd avoid this until the new management team works out the kinks, etc. Excellence Punta Cana is a great choice - I'm assuming you have adults only?? I'm a huge fan of the Riviera Maya as well - many good comparable hotels. DM me and I'd be happy to help further!
