Im doing a mixture of bringing with me and renting stuff.. Depending on the cost of renting and how easy it is to carry certain stuff.. For example table runners are $7 to rent so dont see the need in buying these and carrying them.. I am going to bring table decoration, only small items like scattered crystals or rose petals xxx

I think it really depends... certain things I will bring on my own. other things if too bulky or might break then I will try to get through the resort
