Does anyone have any pictures of the Ballroom available at Beach Palace? Due to my date (looong story), I am nervous about inclement weather, so I would love to have a reference for the "plan B".

My wedding planner is Margarita, but she is on medical leave right now. I have been emailing Marisol as she/he? was on Margaritas out of office, but i havent recieved a response. Does anyone have any other contact information for the wedding department? Any of the other planners like Rocio?

I leave in 2 weeks tomorrow and am getting stressed.

do they offer a "plan b" option?! I am getting married on the beach, and was curious about that. If you can get a "plan b" i wonder if there is an extra fee for that.

Hi Juliebeth, 

 

I do know that they do have a contingency plan for every outdoor wedding. But I don't know if there are any costs associated with said plan. However, since most of the packages include your ceremony location, I would say probably not. But definitely check with your planner and get it in writing!
