Anyone else have trouble with the wedding coordinators? (Iberostar Suites)

Hi,

 

I'm new to this process..so excuse me if Im posted on wrong thread..

 

I have submitted all the documents needed to get a confirmation number to Tiffany & Deondra. At least I think I have..I say I think because whenever I call them via the front desk (their extension on the email doesn't work) ...seems as if I am bothering them. When all I really need is a freaking response email.

 

 

I thought Iberostar would be better to deal with then the RIU...which I cancelled due to lack of response.

 

I fully understand "this is Jamaica..they move slow" ...I get it..been to JAM many times.

 

Anybody know how I can talk to the wedding coord at the suites directly?

I'm sorry to hear about this!  I've had nothing but great responses via email from Sandals WC.  I hope this helps someone else making the same choices in Jamaica!
