Ok another question that has been running through my mind ... We were originally thinking a spiritual ceremony but are now thinking about a legal one ... The problem is the wedding is on a Friday and our witnesses don't arrive until Tuesday so that isnt 4 days not counting arrival date earlier. When they state they can provide witnesses do these witnesses stand up there with you or stay in the background then sign? (I wouldn't want them standing up near the wedding party)

Do the witnesses need to be there four days before?  I know they have to be there on your meeting day... but I'd think Tuesday would be fine for that?

But no, I don't think the witnesses need to stand up there.

What wedding package do people recommend? I know I will be wanting some extras like live music, extra flowers, private dinner, bar service and DJ, video, etc), so I am unsure if I should go with the free wedding with add ons or pick either sunshine, unforgettable, or romance? Any advice?

Thanks :)

For me, it made the most sense to get unforgettable and add on the private reception with dj because I didn't care about a lot of the extras that came along with the romance package. Now that they've added a fee to privatize the poolside reception that might not be the case anymore.

Questions Questions!!! :)

I received the Wedding Wishes document and lots of google docs with sample pictures today. We were originally going for the middle package, Unforgettable, planning to upgrade to a cocktail hour after the ceremony as well as a private dinner and reception. Receiving this document was the only solid answer I've received related to extras pricing so now I'm looking for suggestions! Should we upgrade to the Romance package that includes the cocktail hour or stick with our original plan and maybe cut the cocktail hour since guests can easily go to a bar after the ceremony while we get pictures done, that will trim the cost a bit. Keeping in mind I will have between 45-55 guests so I'll be paying a fair bit for the extra head count. The part that's getting me is the private reception afterwards...$210/hour for the speakers, is that right? I knew there would be quite a cost to having the private dinner and reception but it seems like the extras are adding up fast! Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this is already mentioned, just looking for personal opinion really so I know i'm thinking about all our options!

@@emigrayson Hi! I'm getting married in April, going with the Sunshine package and upgrading from there because we found the differences not to be worth the cost, but completely our opinion.  We also have 40-50 guests (40 already booked).

I believe the speakers are $70/hour and the DJ was $210/hour.
