My wedding is at the Hard Rock on May 12th!!! I'll probably see you around. I had the same issue where my onsite WC had not contacted me. About two weeks ago I called the hotel directly, requested to be transfered to the wedding dept and explained the situation. They looked up my wedding details and let me know the name of the WC that had been assigned to my wedding. I was transfered to her and we've been in contact by phone and email ever since.

 

I suggest that you try calling the hotel and see how it goes. Hope this helps!

Hi!!  Yay!! I am so excited! You will definitely see us there!! We bought our plane tickets today, we arrive on May 8th around 1pm.  My wedding planner from destinationweddings.com has taken it as her mission to get them to contact me, if they don't this week I will definitely call the hotel so thanks for the tip.

 

What have you decided to do for your wedding? where are you getting married on the beach or in a gazebo? Did you pick a theme? So far we are doing the complimentary theme with a few add-ons because we are right on the beach and my bridesmaids are wearing different colors.  How many people are coming to your wedding??  So happy to find someone going though this mess too!!

Hi Everyone!

I am new to this site but my fiance and I are almost 100% sure we're going to have our wedding @ the Hard Rock. Does anyone know if when the wedding packages change in May the location of the ceremony on the beach will too? Is it going to change into the white structure like in the pictures or stay with the wood one?? I am liking the wood...Thanks!!

Yay! Can't wait to see you I'm sure everything will turn out amazing! In terms of my wedding, I plan to do a welcome dinner the night before the wedding in one of the outdoor terraces. I picked the sapphire collection for the ceremony which will be at the beach. I'm also planning a cocktail hour and reception after the ceremony. I'm expecting between 60 - 80 people and I can't believe I'm almost 2 months away!!!!

 

I spent so much time planning and gathering pictures online of what I wanted this past year and yet now that I'm finally coordinating everything with the onsite WC is that it actually feels real. See you in PC!

Does anyone know who the D.J. is that HardRock uses for the wedding. I'm getting Married there May of next year so in Palace eyes its too early to speak with them other than getting my confirmation number.

 

Any help would be great. Also any information of the Photographers.

They use different local DJ's. The photography company is Smile Market. You should definitely check out the thread that Tatiana recommended, that's where most of us Hard Rock brides post info.
