Bring my own table cloth - sashes - table runners ???

Hey everyone,

 

I am getting married at the Playacar Palace on May 20 2012 and just had a question if anyone knew the answer to it.

 

I am buying my own table clothes since I want a specific color etc... and just wanted to know does the hotel charge you to put that stuff up for you or how does that work?  If you rent from them you obviously pay them but if you bring your own would they charge you for that?  

 

Does anyone know???

 

I dont have a wedding coordinator yet to ask them so i am hoping someone knows... :-I

I am getting married at Azul Beach in Decemeber and from what I have heard, the onsite coordinators will charge you for set up.  Most girls have said that its been between 50 and 200 for all decorations and favors etc.  I hope this helps.  Its still way cheaper than purchasing it from them!
