They are DIY made from cardstock and vellum. I found the template on another site, but apparently they are inspired by a Martha Stewart lantern.

These are great ideas. I am wondering...are these centerpieces you are getting from your resorts or are you somehow bringing them with you??

this is my inspiration, I will only have one large vase and my candle will be lavendar, no mat or flowers, but to off set the long tables I will also make mini ones
