Hi! I getting married at air ocho rios. Wondering if there were other ROR brides that have done the poolside reception 4 drinks and dancing. Just wondering what the set up was like and any decorations that came with it. I want to know what all Ineed to bring to make it beautiful! Thanks!

if your reception it's outdoors, the perfect option for floral decor it's low vases! using low vases helps to prevent centerpieces from blowing over

white roses, pink roses and deep pink roses with purple lisianthus centerpiece

Finally decided on my center pieces! I found table runners in the exact shade as my bridesmaids dresses (Malibu from davids bridal). So those, and then I'm doing low square vases with hot pink water beads mixed with sand and shells, filled with water and topped off with hot pink floating candles! Something simple, but splash of color. Mine as well as bridesmaids flowers will be pink, as well as our shoes!

We made luminaries out of vellum paper (purchased at Staples) - really simple to do.  We made the template on Microsoft Publisher, printed them on the vellum paper and then used vellum tape to roll them (after we got to Mexico).  It was easy to pack, quick to put together and looked really nice on our long tables (we did one for every two people since we had long rectangular tables).  We also brought along battery tea lights from Costco and the "diamonds" you see scattered on the table.  All said our table decor was probably under $50 and we had 35 guests.

* We also had table runners and menu cards on the tables.
