Photographers in Cuba

Just reading an older post on this forum about bringing photographers to Cuba for weddings. Has anyone had any recent experiences with this? Is this allowed? I'm a little worried since I have booked and paid for my photographers for my wedding next year.

It seems like there is still some issues going on with it.  I'm just winging it and really hoping they don't fine my photographer or anything as she is a family friend and hasn't travelled very much.
