@@GingerJ228 I attached my RSVP card so you can see that I listed the two entree selections for people to choose.

Also as for the johnny walker situation I would call Anel ( as I mentinoed in my PM last night) and just talk to her in person. She is very helpful over the phone just stinks at responding to emails. I read in another post to make sure you ASK for them to bring out top shelf liquor for the wedding. THey don't always put it out but I will def be asking because my friends love grey goose :)

@@vanessav53 I sent Anel an e-mail about a month ago telling her that I wanted to book their cigar roller and I also had asked her a ton of questions and she still hasn't responded.   This was frustrating me before I booked this hotel  and I was told not to worry but I am going to meet with my invitation person this weekend and I need to know if I need to add meal choices on the RSVP cards.  What are you doing?  I want my guests to have a menu choice but I need to know if the hotel needs to know who is eating what.  My fiancee and his friends drink Johnnie Walker Blue  -which I doubt the hotel stocks and I need it special ordered for our wedding but can;t get an answer on that. I have a ton of questions and i'm getting a little frustrated at this point

I gave my guests two options for dinner - Surf and Turf or Seafood Stuffed Chicken, which they listed when they RSVP'd.  I then gave Ramon a seating  chart with the meal selections - a selection of two meal choices was absolutely fine, because I had the seating chart.  Past brides have also displayed meal choices on the place cards - ie different colors for different selections.  So yes, the hotel needs to know who is eating what - either on a seating chart or through place cards.

Also, about the liquor, could you go into town to a liquor store and pick up the specialty booze you want?  It might be  cheaper than having the hotel provide it to you.  I honestly feel that the sky is the limit in Mexico, but it will cost you.  It seems like whatever you want they will accommodate but for a price!

Hope that helps!

Hi!!  Anel JUST got back to me last night from the e-mail I sent her in the beginning of December, which I resent to her a few days ago.  She said that the cigar roller was going to be 750 for 2 hours and 50 cigars.  Is that what she quoted you?  She also said to give her the names of the champagne I wanted so they can order it for me.  I think they may have to special order the Johnnie Walker Blue b.c it is over $200 a bottle and I canlt see them having it but thats what we figured any way

Hi ladies!

Can any veterans give me a review on makeup at the spa? I've heard mixed reviews and I'm particular with my make up. I feel that I do my makeup pretty well and worry that these women won't have the skills to give me what I want. I wear makeup everyday and would rather do it myself if I feel I won't be happy with their results. Thank you!

I haven't been on here for a while! Good to see some new brides out there! My daughter is getting married Oct. 25th and we are starting to get serious about it all! I have a few questions for those of you farther along in the process.                                                 Does anyone know the size of the round tables used at Sapphire? I am looking at table overlays and don't know what size to order! Does anyone know if they just transfer the chairs from the ceremony site to the reception site? My daughter would like one color sash for the ceremony site and another color for the reception chairs...also, does anyone know if they get the complementary honeymoon package as well as the wedding package we pay for? Sorry to overload you all with questions, but you know how hard it is to get answers from Anel!            Thanks
