Hi future brides!! I too have had issues with the response time from Anel via email. I ended up just calling her at the resort to book our date just so I could get our save the dates ordered! My fiancÃ© and I have been to NOW Sapphire several times so are comfortable in just going with the flow until we get there to really iron out the details. I'm just planning on being detailed on my request form, including photos of my ideas, and hopefully she can accommodate it all when we get there.

Yes, we were down to 2 weeks before arrival and had not gotten any confirmation on receiving our packet or answers to our questions. Our TA sent out an email with URGENT in the subject line to Ramon and then he finally responded but we had to resend the forms ( no big deal) and then he also personally responded to the questions email. These are the two emails that go to their office. [email protected] [email protected]

We are leaving tomorrow for Mexico and will have 44 guests joining us for our wedding on Friday! Can't wait! Will definitely be back to answer any questions and post a review since this thread has been a huge help.

Can anyone tell me if the resort provides an AV system during the ceremony or is it the $150 to rent it during the ceremony?

We had the divine package and it included the ceremony sound system that we plugged our Ipod into that had the pre-ceremony, processional, brides march and recreational music on it on playlist. I gaveÂ them a listÂ with the songs clearly marked to play for the appropriate person coming in. Then they had a microphone for the officiant to use. This did not cost us extra

Three weeks until the day we are married! I can hardly believe it! I am so excited!

I received an e-mail last night from Anel thanking me for the Planning Form that I sent in last week. It was time stamped 1am. Man these planners work hard!!! I have every confidence that the wedding will be great!

Can't wait to hear more from brides (and mothers of brides) who have recently been married!!

Dinaqtobe, Just wanted to let you know we only used the resort photographer also and it turned out pretty good. You have an option of adding an hour or more and we wished we had done this because although we had family with lots of fancy cameras, we didn't have a designated person getting all the extra pics, or a photographers assistant to help take care of straightening ,dresses the train, jewelry, etc. she got some unique photos on the beach but we didn't have time to get any around the resort, in the arches, etc.Having a list of pics you want is essential or else you might miss something important. Although the pkg. Only included 24 pics, we paid extra to get the 80+ shots that they took on a disc. Also be specific what pics you want in your book, ours is good, but there is at least one that shouldn't be in the book and other pics we wish were but since we now have the disc with all the pics we'll make our own book. Overall or week was more than we expected, lived the resort, the staff and our wedding was beautiful. 400 [/img][/img] attached 3 pics I took from the book
