@ Rani Dae.  We were able to pick two courses, but you need to be really organized.  I made a seating chart with everyone's name, and then wrote their meal selection underneath it and just sent it to Anel with the other forms.  It turned out perfect!

I seen some of you put on here Anel let you pick two main course dinner options for the guests. I was just wondering how you went about being able to pick two since on the wedding planner form it says you can only pick one. I would really like to be able to give my guests 2 main course options to choose from.
I've wondered this as well. Would love to hear this too! Thanks!

Does anyone know if you're able to choose the minister and decide on what they say during the ceremony. I'd prefer to have a male marrying us. Can't explain why just always something I've envisioned strangely. Also I would prefer to see the ceremony script so I can tweak it if needed.

@bbbride: You can choose what you want said during the ceremony or provide your own vows to Ramon when you have your on-site planning meeting. We used Alejandro Monroy as our officiant and he was great - we didn't really care about the wording of the ceremony, but we did add the hand ceremony and I'm sure you can request to see the script, or just provide your own.

We picked 2 dishes for the main course as well. They were very attentive to the food allergies some of our guests have, as well.

I will post a link to our pro photos that I posted on Facebook soon, I'm not sure if my current settings will let people see the albums.

Tiffany,

you need to turn your albums to public to let us see them... Looking forward to see your pictures

What a gorgeous wedding wedding. You are so pretty !

The color of the water was perfect on your day, wasn't it ! It must be changing daily or something like that. On my day, it wasn't as blue...

Congrats !

I think Now Sapphire must have a contract or a preferred provider for officiant as we also had Alejandro Monroy. He was really good, what he said was so nice, we added a sand ceremony. I just wish I had said thank you more to him, but I was so mesmerized that I forgot ! I am trying to find what he said, Tauru Smith just reminded me his name !

I had symbolic ceremony, and we asked Ramon to provide a paper where our witnesses could sign, to make it look like the real Mexican paper. Good thing it was a quick sign here and there 'cause my last name was missing, and it was printed on brown paper. Anyhow, I think I could have done a better job at making a fake piece of paper... If you are having a symbolic ceremony and wish to have the signature as part of the ceremony, you can totally make it yourself. Make it look as official as you like or as fancy as you like.
