Did them myself with my fiance. Got cardstock and printed/cutted them accordingly. Luggage tags were originally table number placecards (or so it says on the box) We purchased at Michaels with a coupon and all in all with postage, and every little cost, including the stickers cost $63 for 25 mailed out. I've included the front, back, envelope, and back of envelope pictures. The sealable stickers are from shutterfly.com.
