Man, just realized the 150 thing.. better start getting active if I want the list before really getting started!

I have started a list too.

I bought a wedding planning book and organizer from a bookstore last week hoping it would help me... and it does with calendars, seating charts, music options etc. however, I am finding that this set was clearly designed for the more traditional local wedding- not a destination wedding so its missing some vital sections (like acommodations) -- thankfully BDW is able to fill in the gaps fairly well
