I completely stole this idea from a company called Pulp Invitations. I loved the look of this "Event Concierge" but when I priced it out with one of their distributers, it was going to cost around $1100 PLUS it was going to take 3 weeks for printing. So, I took my sample to Kinkos and had them copy it. We used different colors but it's the same idea. It ended up being a lot less money and I had it in 3 DAYS!!!

 

This is not my actual invitation, it's just all the travel and hotel info my guests are going to need in order to book their trips. I have the same info on our website but I wanted to mail something out to my guests as well and this works great. There is a separate page for each item. I just love the way it came out.

For 64 books it cost me $675. But I also used a higher grade paper. And they didn't give me the envelopes, I went to Staples for that. Plus, the stamps were $0.58 because of the size of the envelope and weight of the books. Hope this helps.
