Off site reception in Playa Del Carmen/Riviera Maya area for over 100 guests or resorts that let you finish later than 12am

Does anyone know any great outside the resort reception venues that are ourtdoors or any resorts that let you finish later than 12am, all the resorts I have spoken to so far are saying 10pm is the latest we can finish up if we want an outdoor reception (which we do), and we would like to finish at midnight or a little later.
