Tulum: Unique Ideas of Rehearsal Dinner venues around Tulum and Riviera Maya

We are getting married on the beach at Playa Azul in Tulum this Fall, after an amazing scouting trip last year.  We are looking for unique or fun ideas to do a rehearsal dinner either in Tulum or nearby in one of the other areas.  Some initial thoughts were: boat cruise, renting a private cenote and doing a bbq, nice restaurant in town, etc...

 

Does anyone have ideas or contacts of people who own cenotes?  We don't want to do something on the beach since our wedding will follow the next day,,,on the beach.  Thanks!
