Boarding Pass Invitation Wording for CRUISE DW

Recommended Posts

I am in need of some major creative thinking help from my fellow DIY brides!

I am doing the boarding pass style invitation for my wedding next March.  We are cruising on the Carnival Magic, and getting married in Grand Cayman while in port (not on the boat itself).  I am having the hardest time deciding on what kind of wording to use on the first page of the boarding pass; combining the right flow of words without causing confusion with tooooo much text.

I am open to any and all suggestions :) Please and thank you!

I've never been on a cruise so my terminology might be off but off the top of my head

Climb ( jump, come, ) aboard the Carnival Magic as B & G cruise to wedded bliss in/on Grand Cayman on 1/1/12

Follow B & G as they chart a map to forever as they say I do in/on Grand Cayman on 1/1/12

I am now planning for a cruise wedding and getting married at port of Jamaica was our first choice but they want to charge $85.00 per additional person that's a little high ending up for the amount of 4500.00.  What did you end up $ spending in the ballpark range and how many guest.  We have 30 who have already booked for the cruise.  I have booked our cruise  and hoping in January the wedding date will still be availiable for Sept.  you have to pay everything up front and I don't have it now .  Good luck with your planning and hope that you came up with an idea for your wording on your invites.  You have got to post it when you get them done.
