Anyone having their wedding off the resort? Post here :)

Hi ladies!

My FI and I are talking about having our wedding - either the ceremony or the both ceremony and reception of the resort.  Anyone else doing the same?  Or... any past Brides with helpful info?

I've seen a little bit of information here and there, would love to know how it went, was it easy to plan, what to consider, prices, etc... Anything and everything!

We are thinking about haveing our rehersal dinner off-site. We are staying at the SJG in Ocho Rios and have been looking into the Ruins at the Falls.

Hi,

 

we are having ceremony and reception off the resort! We will stay in Riu Ocho Rios but the wedding will be in Hibiscus Lodge Hotel, it is very private small hotel just 10 minutes from Riu. I wanted it this way as I am not very keen on public eye and will have small wedding. Good luck!
