I did these invitations as well and used a double sided adhesive tape.  Just make sure you pick up a thin one and you should have no problems at all.  Oh and I had a very thick card stock as well.

How well did your Boarding Pass pocket stay using the glue stick.

I'm having trouble getting mine to stay put, I haven't tried a glue stick yet, just a glue pen :)

But my cardstock is very heavy.

Thanks

Jamie

For my boarding pass jackets we used a thinner weight as I found the cardstock too heavy for a jacket (weight wise for canada post this worked better for us) so the glue stick worked perfectly.

For cardstock I would check out dollarama and pick up their roll on adhesive.  It looks like roll on white out (pretty sure it is in the craft row) and it works SO well.  For my best friends wedding in july we used this for all her projects, programs, favours etc. and it was all with cardstock.  Also $1 is MUCH cheaper than what you will be charged at michaels or elsewhere!

Good luck :)
