Palace Resort Refund?

Hey guys,

 

Have any of you ever had to get a deposit back from Palace Resorts? I put one down for Isla Mujeres, but now my wedding is getting a bit too big, so I'll have to move to a larger venue. Just seeing if you guys ran into any trouble getting your money back.

 

My wedding date is set for February 29, 2012.
