I did the boarding passes on pearl paper from Office Depot and then the green "sleeve" is scrapbook paper folded in half. I actually got it from Joanne's. They had a scrapbooking section and it was the perfect size and it was sturdy like tagboard. Then I just folded it in half and glued the top shut and slid the boarding pass booklet in. I also got the ribbon there and glued that to the side. I found envelopes that feel like parchment paper from Office Depot to mail them in. They have a very beachy feel and appearance!
