A huge thank you to all who inspired me! I never thought I would create my own Save-the-Dates, but they were SO much fun!!  I created the design myself in Microsoft Powerpoint (didn't know there were templates out there at the time ).  

 

My design was inspired by a few very creative BDW brides: vlynnw (starfish punch & ticket jacket), anaderoux (the brackets that really make it look like a boarding pass), cessyboston (barcode and a few other details).

 

Supplies:

• Paper and envelopes from http://paperandmore.com/
• Martha Stewart Starfish/Sand Dollar punch from Michael's
• Raffia to tie around the ticket jackets
• Fiskar's paper cutter
• Round Corner punch
• Double-sided tape
• Personalized return address stamp from Etsy.com (http://www.etsy.com/shop/savethedate?ref=pr_shop_more)

ps..i bought the starfish punch too...LOVE it..unfortunately, mine got 'stuck' so i have to return it but i'll be punching away w/my new one!  :-)
