well i've lost another pound . . . love that it's a full 20 pounds GONE!

 

Yeah I figure that when I get to my goal weight I'll have it re-sized.

 

it's a shame you don't have Jimmy John's in Canada because they make a great un-which that the perfect lunch.

Yay! congrats again! good for you! You're still in the cruise phase right? are you just doing the 1 and 1? alternating everyday?

So I've been doing a mix of 1 and 1 as well as 5 and 5.  I've tried to challenge myself with the 5 and 5 but with the summer months and going out with friends I end up doing more 1 and 1 just so I don't look odd out in public only eating meat. 

 

What I've learned about this week is that this week i'm getting full a lot faster then what I've been use to.  Normally I can eat a jimmy johns sub and want chips and the pop but today I had to force myself to fnish my unwhich (no fridge to keep it cold).  It took a good 40 minutes for me to eat my standwhich and I got a pickle and havn't touched it. 

 

that will be my afternoon snack.

Ya- maybe I'll have to try that - once i actually get to the cruise phase - lol
I remember when i tried it the first time I had to tweak it a bit when going out with people cuz it does look kinda funny when ur just doing meat.
throwing veggies in makes it look a bit more normal.
So what does your unwich consist of?
