Getting Married In Punta Cana on August 11, 2012, What time is the best???

Hi everyone!! I am trying to decide on a time to get married in August right now, Any suggestions on time wise???

Evening is the best. It's going to be HOT during the day and if you can get married 2-3 hours before sunset, you and your guests will really appreciate it and be able to enjoy it more.

Are you doing a civil ceremony or symbolic?  If civil, you may have limited choices.  We didn't get to choose our time but we got lucky and received the time we would have asked for anyways.

we're having a symbolic ceremony also at 4pm. I wanted 5 but I am guessing this is better

OMG!! I am getting married at the MC on August 11, 2012 at 1:00pm! It is pretty early but it was all they had available.  I am soooo excited! 10 months to go! How's your progress coming along???? Happy planning!

Ours is the same day at 4pm at the HRH! I've reserved the ceremony and officiant, sent STD and bought my dress. I can't believe there is only 10 months to go. When we got engaged I thought there was so much time...lol. Not sure what I should be doing next though. After reading all the threads on here there are so many things I want to do but not really sure where to begin. Well happy planning wedding date buddies

Ours is the same day as well but at Paradisus Punta Cana and it is at 5pm. I've reserved our ceremony and reception spot, bought my dress, sent the STD, booked DJ and photographer. Happy Planning!! 10 months to go.. it is going SOOOO FAST!!

I got married in July and we had a symbolic ceremony @ 5:00 p.m.  It was perfect, and starting to cool down.
