Wow, skinnytaste.com is great! I am going to spend some time this weekend getting some new recipes. You ladies are all doing so great! It's stampede week in Calgary which means lots of barbecues and treats at work but after reading all your fantastic posts I am looking forward to getting back on track this weekend!

Down 6.6 pounds......today on my weight in down 2.4 pounds.  Ironic in that my boss (I report to the CEO) stated "You look great, what are you doing."  Now if you know my CEO she doesn't part her lips (unlike the Red Sea) to say anything remotely kind, so when she does, it is because she likes what is happening.  Today was a good day ;-)  Keep up the great work ladies
