Beaches T&C Free Wedding Ceremony

Recommended Posts

I also posted this on the Beaches T&C roll call thread.  This if for all the Brides getting married in 2012.  I contacted Beaches to find out what is considered a premium room to get the free ceremony if you book 6 nights or more.  They said this is for travel dates until Dec 31 2011.  After this date it is the concierge level room.  Is this true?  This will determine how many nights we will be staying.

I would think they would honor this promotion this far out.  I am hoping to put a deposit this weekend.  I am aiming for Jan 18 2012.

I saw this post on the roll call thread and immediately contacted our TA. We are also getting married in Jan 2012 (actually we'd be getting there on the 17th so we'd prob see you!). His response was that since we were already booked, they should honor our free wedding (& should is not enough for me - I plan on getting it in writing), but I don't know if they would run that for you if you're not booked yet. I would use a TA if you can - since they book more often than regular joes, they can prob pull strings.

Hi,

My TA contacted a Beaches sales manager.  The Beaches representative I spoke to was incorrect.  You need to book by 12/20/11 to get the free ceremony for 2012.    I was just trying to do some homework to find out what the premium rooms were.  My TA was out of the for a few days.  From now on, I will only be dealing with her.
