Congrats to everyone who got married last month! I would love to know where you decided to have your ceremony - the beach or the balcony? What time of day was the ceremony and were there any issues with onlookers getting in the way of pictures? I am getting married at the IRHB in April 2013. I really want my ceremony on the beach but have seen some pictures of other guests in the bathing suites all up along the ceremony site and swimming right in the background of the pictures. I am planning on having the ceremony at either 5 or 5:30 and am hoping that most people will be getting ready for dinner and not really hanging out on the beach anymore. Any feedback you can provide is greatly appreciated!

I just got engaged and found this forum as we are potentially thinking that IRHB would be a great choice!! Would love if any of you have any other information or pics on what their wedding sites look like and options for dinner, cocktail hour, etc! We aren't getting married until June 2012, but I'm so excited and my type-a-ness wants to know as much as she can  

 

Those orchid strands are gorgeous - if you don't mind me asking, where did you get them? Or are you going to use fake flowers? Same as the centrepieces - are you going to travel those down with you or email the wedding coordinator and get them to have everything for you?! I think they are gorgeous and we are going to do purple for our colour and I wanted orchids to be incorporated into my decor and bouquet as well!!!

I love the vases!!!  are those real orchids?  I'm currently looking for ideas - my wedding is at RHB in November 2013.  I'm not that creative so all of the ideas on here help!
